The developer approached Randle White in Spring 2007 to develop the working drawing package for this recently approved office scheme in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Spread over three floors the building is formed around a structural steel frame with feature full height glazing panels puncturing the red brick facade.

Randle White's team of highly skilled technicians provided the developer with a full package of working drawings for construction purposes and during the contract period kept a careful eye on the detail design elements such as the wall, floor and roof junctions.

The units range from 100sqm - 150sqm providing flexible office space with the open plan environment maximising daylight throughout.

Randle White worked very closely with the approved inspector (STMC) on this project to ensure that the building was compliant with current DDA and Building Regulation requirements.
