Project, Cheshire Dogs' Home, Warrington
This 4,000 sq ft new build care facility for the Cheshire Dogs' Home was completed
in 2007.
Randle White was approached in late 2005 by the dogs' home to design a new property
to support their existing kennel facility. Based in the Northwest and acting as

design process and co-ordinating all of the construction elements. Working closely
with Michael Flynn Associates as project managers and quantity surveyors, the development
was completed under JCT Design and Build contract with Randle White novated at RIBA
work stage E,F to act on behalf of the successful contractor, P.J. Building Services.
With over sailing roofs to provide shading to feature openings, bespoke stainless
steel shutters and cedar board cladding to the principal elevations, this portal
frame building has met all the clients expectations and now provides a very important
facility for our four legged friends.
