Randle White provided full architectural services on this remodelling project from survey works through to completion.

Originally one large office the building has been subdivided into six separate units ranging from 165sqm - 270sqm

Randle White acting on behalf of the client/developer attaining planning permission for the alterations to the existing building and then completed the construction drawings for works to commence on site.

The original rendered building has been overhauled with the introduction of new bespoke glazed openings, canopy entrances and timber cladding to give each unit its own identity.

Through careful design consideration of the internal layout and a supporting access statement the re-worked building meets current DDA requirements and Building Regulation Approval.
