This 68,000 sq ft office development is spread over four separate blocks on a three acre site in Trafford Park, south west of Manchester city centre. The design incorporates external security, generous car parking and integrated hard and soft landscaping.

Each building is of steel frame structure with composite floor decks, designed to the highest standards of environmentally friendly construction. Features include raised access floors, low energy computer lighting, full air conditioning and state of the art safety systems.

Externally, the building envelope is finished in facing brick with a powder coated glazing and cladding system, creating a galleried effect at the top floor level. The roof is a low pitch gull wing configuration of high insulation composite panel construction.

Our aim was to create a comfortable, energy efficient, flexible working environment using sustainable design ideas and construction techniques.
