The site of Scania’s fifth northwest operation spans four acres bordering the M53 in Ellesmere Port.

The development was commissioned by Haydock Commercial Vehicles Limited to house a large workshop containing seven truck servicing bays, two Petroleum Regulation bays, and individual parts storage areas. All truck service bays are accessed via electronically operated sectional overhead doors, and many have vehicle inspection pits.

The design also incorporates a reception area, sales and administration offices and other ancillary facilities.

This is a steel portal frame construction with reinforced concrete floors. The roof is clad in grey composite insulated roof panels with integral rooflights providing natural daylight to workshop areas. Walls are clad in silver composite insulated wall panels, with powder coated aluminum windows and doors.
