Home to the world famous, Accrington Stanley 'Who are they' football club provided a site for Randle White to explore a housing development scheme in order to establish density figures for the developer.
Employed to develop feasibility drawings Randle White produced the site layout working to PPS3 guidance and the developers own density requirements of 17,000sqft/ha.
With strong focal corners and maintained separation distances between individual properties the development includes a mixture of apartments, town houses, semi-detached and detached properties based around a standard house type.
