Roger White

Roger is co-founder and director of Randle White.  He graduated with an HND in Building Studies and a Graduate Diploma in International Architecture from the University of Huddersfield. 

He has over 15 years’ experience in a variety of construction industry sectors, including commercial/industrial, civil engineering, D&B and interior design, working with blue chip companies KPMG and Umbro. 

An accomplished mediator and adviser, Roger has developed exceptionally good working relationships with North West Local Planning departments.  This has given him an enviable record of success within the industry, creating architectural solutions that satisfy planning requirements without compromising his design ideals.

James Randle

James is co-founder and director of Randle White.  He graduated with a Diploma in Construction studies from Leeds Metropolitan University and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

He gained extensive large-scale technical and design expertise working with big brand leisure industry names, including SFI and Scottish & Newcastle, before moving into the residential sector where he played a key role creating multi-million pound city centre residential developments for leading Manchester architects, Calder Peel.

James combines a modern technical approach with up-to-the-minute knowledge of market advances in construction methods and materials.  This ensures cost and time efficiencies are fully explored on all projects.
