Comissioned in 2009, shortly after the banking crisis, Randle White were asked to design a new detached replacement dwelling within Bowdon. The new house needed to have at least 5 bedrooms and acheive a minimum 5600FTsq over three floors including a basement.
The ground floor allows for a large family dining / kitchen area with plenty of space to accommodate two sofas. A grand double height entrance hall with sweeping staircase makes for an impressive statement when guests arrive.
The first floor master bedroom incorporates a large dressing room with an ensuite bathroom and a sheltered balcony overlooking the rear garden.
